I train clients one-on-one in the base gym at Canadian Forces Base Gagetown in Oromocto, New Brunswick, Canada.  This facility is primarily for the use of the soldiers, but is open to the public.  Many of my clients are non-military.  I am currently accepting a limited number of new clients.  I design programs based on the individual needs and goals of each client.  Most of my clients train in the gym with me once or twice a week.  A typical training session lasts 1 hour and is a combination of cardio, weight training and various body-weight exercises.  My workouts will not kill you but will take you near your limits and leave you satisfied and encouraged.
