BOSU


Side Crunches on BOSU - great for obliques


With a little practice, anyone can do advanced core training moves safely on BOSU.


Turn BOSU over and use it for a variety of other exercises.  This is Mountain Climbers on BOSU - Very Challenging.



BOSU means Both Sides Up.  This training tool is one that you should have in your toolbox.  They are expensive but durable and offer endless exercise possibilities.  They can be used with the round side up or down.  They are great for developing proprioception when you do exercises while standing on BOSU.  Naturally unstable, BOSU gives you countless core building options.
